PONT DES ARTS is an exclusive, limited collection of fine wines and spirits, a bridge between Art and Wine, the East and West, and collectors and newcomers alike. Pont des Arts marries the best from the Art world (such as Zao Wou-Ki, Yue Minjun and Miquel Barceló) and the Wine world (Paul Pontallier and other highly respected wine experts from France).
When founders, Arthur de Villepin and Thibault Pontallier, met in Hong Kong in 2010, they shared a common goal: to promote abroad what France does best. Arthur was passionate about art and loved wine, Thibault was passionate about wine and loved art. The project combines their French roots and lifestyle with different cultures and talents.
Pont des Arts has been creating exclusive art and wine collections since 2010 and is now available in more than 20 countries.
Every bottle produced adorns carefully selected pieces of art, chosen together with the artist, to match the flavor profile of each wine. The two founders went to Zao Wou-Ki’s and Miquel Barceló’s atelier in Paris and Yue Minjun’s in Beijing several times, ensuring the emotions that are evoked when drinking great wine or looking at great art are intrinsically linked through Pont des Arts
Thibault Pontallier and his father – the legendary French winemaker Paul Pontallier – spent many years alongside other wine experts from Bordeaux and Burgundy tasting, blending and creating this limited collection of fine wines. They looked for the best terroirs and the best grapes in France, tasting more than 700 different parcels, to realise this unique project. As Arthur de Villepin points out ‘‘the wines themselves are works of Art’’.
“Pont des Arts is a beautiful story and a bridge, not only between Art & Wine, but also between some of the best regions of wine in the world. Together with my son Thibault, and a few winemakers/friends, we have explored many different terroirs in order to create this limited collection of fine wines.Our goal is to express the personality of their origin together with our vision of what fine wines should deliver: balance, freshness, enough density but not at the expense of subtlety, and above all, pleasure of drinking!”

In the way that art enables people to approach a subject-matter from a different angle, often from that of an artist, YellowKorner endeavours to inspire people to analyse and re-evaluate the society at large.
YellowKorner was created in 2006 by Alexandre de Metz and Paul-Antoine Briat. Discovering their shared passion for art, Arthur de Villepin decided to partner with them in 2013 in order to develop YellowKorner within the Greater China region.
One of the malaises of our time is the simplification and trivialisation of art, which is often wrongly equated with banal, effortless and passive leisure. Arthur de Villepin firmly believes and advocates that true art is a profound philosophical subject to be explored. While the erudite before us have dedicated their entire life in pursuit of beauty and truth, the genuine appreciation of art calls for mindful inquisition and thoughtful experience. Via art and its various forms, Arthur de Villepin is passionate about sharing his experience of and insights into the subject.
With some 1,500 art photographs by more than 150 artists, YellowKorner’s extensive collection comprises both iconic names and rising stars. Each print is produced in limited edition with unique series number and certificate of authenticity.
To accomplish the aforestated mission with maximum effect, YellowKorner is determined to make art accessible to everyone. YellowKorner is the pioneer of affordable art, in the form of art photography offered in limited editions. Fine ingredients being the first step of creating gourmet, Tartine went the extra mile in sourcing the unassuming yet top quality sourdough bread, which would be the edible canvas on which colours and delights are brought to life by Michelin-starred chef Philippe Orrico. Sourcing the finest ingredients from around the world, Tartine is a culinary discovery journey as versatile as a kaleidoscope, with imagination as the boundary.
Quality at its purest form requires now masking, which is why Tartine believes in the adage less is more in culinary preparation, allowing the quality of seemingly simple ingredients to shine naturally, resulting in the savoury surprise in each bite. “Let the ingredients do the talking” is our their mantra.
Bordering on the obsessive when it comes to sourcing ingredients, this farm-to-table concept requires, as far as possible, organic local produce. It is our their firm believe that when ingredients are grown with care, harvested at optimum ripeness and served close to its origin, the end-product can be a culinary experience that nourishes and satisfies on many levels.
Tartine’s modern chic premise provides a care-free and soothing atmosphere, where guests can unwind with family and friends, in a manner which resembles the delightful scenes depicted by impressionist paintings of the la belle époque era. Drawing from his broad experience in the restaurant sector, Saoud Maherzi went on to create his own event management company Caprice Groupe and achieved remarkable growth over the years. During one of his regular visits in Hong Kong, he met Arthur de Villepin at a Pont des Arts cocktail event. Upon realising that they shared a common ambition, Arthur de Villepin and Saoud Maherzi decided to join forces to introduce to Hong Kong a brand new concept of event management, one that is based on the tactful combination of exclusive venues and imaginative ideas.

His mother is the celebrated sculptor Marie-Laure de Villepin, who instilled in Arthur de Villepin a genuine love for art.
Repatriating to France at the age of ten, Arthur de Villepin completed secondary education in his native country and graduated with a degree in International Relations in the United Kingdom. Arthur de Villepin had the unusual experience of perceiving France before actually living there, which would help shape his views on French culture and life in general. A staunch believer in the art of life and one with his own insights, Arthur de Villepin sets out on his journey to advocate and propagate art in everyday life.
